What they got right and wrong

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tub added to the relaxation experience, and the breakfast was diverse and satisfying, providing comfort before exploring.

While the service was mostly good, our room cleanliness was disappointing. Nearby activities were limited. The noise from other guests was bothersome in the evenings,, affecting our relaxation.

We had fashionable, pet-friendly room, enjoyed the location, it was peaceful on a stop over on the way from jasper back to Vancouver. The beds were very comfy. Location: the hotel was right by the hill, close to stores and two great Indian restaurants.
